Bio:

Elizabeth Stevens Lofaso, ARNP is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in practice since 2005.  She joined the Premier family 11 years ago, after earning her nursing degree.  Ms. Lofaso was born in New York and raised in South Florida.  She is married with 3 children.

• Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Health,University of South Florida (1st in Class!)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing with high honors, University of Florida
• Fellowship, American Academy of Anti-aging Medicine, Tampa, FL
